Aseee pole,.fundi wengi hawajui kusoma wiring diagram za magari so wanafanya kazi kimazoea...ukijua soma wiring diagram na kua na natural intelligence ya kutengeneza logic kichwan kuhusiana na tatizo husika basi tatizo lina sortika kirahisi..shida fundi wetu hata intelligence ya kuweza ku generate scenario zinazohusiana na tatizo husika hawana matokea yake approach wanayotumia kutatua tatizo inakua si utengenezaji bali uharibifu.


Kumbuka hapa Bongo hatuna mafundi tuna parts changer tu.. yaan wazee wa ku replace lakini ku diagnose issue mpaka ukapata uundani wa kitu(hasa electrical problems na intermittent car problems ambazo zinatokea occasionally...these kind of problems very rarely kua solved na hawa mafundi wetu.. because of these issues niliamua ku any advanced DIY person ninae fanya project zangu binafsi kwakua mafundi wetu ni changamoto.

Gear box ya hii gari wengi wanaua kwasababu ya hydraulic wanazoweka.. either wanaweka hydraulic isiyo sahihi(NS-2) au wnaweka hydraulic hafifu na sio kwenye level yake inaYotakiwa...lakini pia hzi gari zinatumia gear box ya belts isiyokua na gear za menomeno (yaan CVT transmission/continuous variable transmission) sasa watu wengi hawajui namna ya kuishi na transmission system (gearbox) hii ndo maana wanaziua..angalia hata Toyota zinazokuja na gearbox ya CVT mfano ist new,sienta,rumion, belta, ractis,vitz,premio/allion new, utakuta zipo na same problems why because of putting wrong transmission fluid....jaman always weka transmission fluid recommended na manufacturer pia avoid frequent changing ya transmission fluid... change at least after every 30,000km kama unamatumizi heavy ila kwa matumizi ya kawaida unaweza change kwa interval ya 50,000km... Tunza gari likutunze
Mkuu hapo kwenye 30000 na 50000 nafikiri oil isingekuwa biashara huku mitaani,by the way unatumia oil gani ya km 30000?

But under extreme conditions hizi transmission fluid hu oxide kwa kuungizwa na joto kali matokeo yake density yake hushuka na kushindwa kutengeneza pressure ya kutosha kusukuma clutches au ku-hold friction(kwa gari za cvt) hivo kwa case hii inakubidi ubadili transfer fluid...na sio haya mambo fundi anakuambia badili gearbox oil(transmission fluid) kila ya service 3.
