Na sio kwamba mwajiri amekupa kabisa barua ya increment then anataka kushusha mshahara after two months. Kama ni overpayments due to payroll errors, mwajiri anaruhusiwa kukukata hiyo overpaid amount provided that the total deductions does not exceed one quarter of your salary.
Section 28(5) of the ELRA 2004 states that; An employer shall not require or permit an employee to (a) repay any remuneration except for overpayments previously made by the employer resulting from an error in calculating the employee's remuneration.So, deductions zinaruhusiwa kisheria kama kweli kuna kosa la overpayments.
