After Good sex sometimes you tend to get cold feet and seek for any contraceptive way to avoid pregnancy because of the responsibilities after, not ready, family circumstance and the easy way is usually the p2 the morning after pills.
So, I was read on different website as usual and found something and thought I should share with you lovies, It about levonorgestrel tablets also know as P2.
Watching out for unplanned pregnancy can be hectic, but they are various methods to protect yourselves and this worlds of so many things P2 seems to be easy and reliable pill to take for sex purpose.
So, apparently you need to take the pill of 1.5mg within 72 hours from un protected sex, Commonly in Tanzania we have the 0.75mg which forces us to have two pills.
It's really advisable to take before ovulation, the problem is the ovulation timetable can be really tricky and if u take it after ovulation there is a possibility that may be it might not be effective as much.
These medication comes with side effects, You could feel sick may be headaches, tummy pain, diarrhea, feel dizzy, tired or breast might feel tender and usually happen few days after taking pills.
After taking the pills, you could have your periods as normal, seven day later or earlier than the date of your periods. sometimes the period can be unusual light or unusual heavy you could seek help from medical assistance.
And as much as there is no limit to number of times you can take these pills, you're advised to not take them regularly. Every medicine has side effects.
