I used to learn multiple road signs and what they mean especially from primary level to secondary level too, though I did feel like this topic was usually rushed up with our teachers and now I am an adult and they are been various new signs that I know nothing about.
I don't drive and sometimes googling the signs to know what they mean I tend to not describe it well as how I might have to transcribe the signs and get various other signs. so sometimes google can't be 100% reliable, or may be I just don't google well.
Due to that, I could be not the only one struggling and I do feel the need to have a book with all these road signs especially that are commonly in our country and being encourage to have them so as we all grow knowing these signs.
it's so crazy how countries outside respect the zebra crossing apart from like the high roads and how you have to force yourself to cross a road in our country. It could be really risky and sometimes it does come with some injuries too.

Nilikuwa nikijifunza alama za barabarani nyingi na maana zake hasa nilipo kuwa shule ya msingi hadi shule ya sekondari , ingawa nilihisi kama mada hii mara nyingi ilikuwa inaharakishwa na walimu wetu na sasa nimekuwa mtu mzima na kuna alama mpya mbalimbali ambazo sijui maana zake.
Mara nyingi ninapotafuta alama kwenye mtandao ili kujua maana yake, huwa sipati maelezo mazuri kama vile ningepaswa kuchora alama hizo na kupata alama nyingine mbalimbali. Hivyo mara nyingine google haiwezi kuwa sahihi kabisa, au labda mimi siwezi kutumia google vizuri.
Kutokana na hilo, inawezekana si mimi pekee ninachangamoto hii na ninaona hitaji ya kuwa na kitabu chenye alama zote hizi za barabarani hasa zinazopatikana nchini kwetu na kuhamasishwa kuwa nazo ili sote tukuze uelewa wa alama hizi.
Ni jambo la kushangaza jinsi nchi zingine zinavyoheshimu kivukio cha pundamilia isipokuwa barabara za highway na jinsi unavyolazimika kujilazimisha kuvuka barabara katika nchi yetu. Inaweza kuwa hatari sana na mara nyingine husababisha majeraha pia.
