1. Hukumu hii ni halali kabisa according to my legal observation. Reasoning ya waheshimiwa majaji iko correct...time barred serving of legal documents to respondents. under the following preliminary objection:
The amended record o f appeal by the appellant was served on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd respondents beyond the prescribed time.
2. Kesi imekuwa Struck out an hivyo benki kupoteza mabilioni just for being time-barred to serve respondents with documents.
3. NAFIKIRI KWA MBALI KUWA.....Either mawakili was CRDB wali collude na hawa wafanyabiashara kutowa serve respondents with required docs au hata maafisa wa CRDB wanaweza kuwa katika uhuni huo!
Ningelikuwa jaji ambaye nitapokea extension of time to appeal from scratch (mana ikifutwa ni kuwa it never existed...unaanza upya) ningeliwaruhusu ku extend time
