Position: Office Manager
Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

Responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing general office administration and the daily needs of office operations for the Lishe Mtambuka Dar es Salaam office, including lease agreements, service agreements, and other administrative responsibilities.
  • Coordinating project travel logistics, scheduling meeting and events, overseeing procurement of office supplies, and ensuring that the office’s internal and external infrastructure remains functional.
  • Preparing operational expense projections and monitoring administrative activities to ensure that project practices are in-line with the policy manual and security procedures.
  • Assisting the senior finance and operations director in executing the project’s administrative processes for identifying, hiring, training, and supervising local professional and support staff.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, human resources, or related field.
  • Minimum three years of relevant administration and office management experience required, with preference for international-funded project management experience and supervisory experience.
  • Minimum two years of experience directly managing procurement, human resources, logistics, and administrative systems, preferably on a USAID-funded project.
  • Demonstrable understanding of USAID regulations pertaining to procurement, travel, and human resources.
  • Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.
