Hi!

Wakuu nafanya mazoezi ya gym almost miaka kumi now,

Kuna mazoezi nayapenda zaidi ni squat ,na mengineyo,

Squat napendelea kwa lengo niwe fit haswa pia kwajili ya self defence na afya.

Sasa squat sasaivi napiga uzito hadi Kg.150, Mimi mwenyewe nna Kg.80 urefu cm160.

Je, Wataalamu haiwezi leta madhara yoyote maybe?
