Project: To improve the social welfare of people of UR of
Tanzania.Almost all resources (some skilled, enough semi
skilled and more than enough unskilled labour, money,
fairly good transportation and communications
infrastructure)are readily available to help you fulfill
your task.

Qualification:
We do not care much about your educational qualification
credentials, because most of those who we gave this task
before, had some of the best credentials from Havard,
Berkeley, Cambridge and Oxford. But they turned out to
be worst than home grown.
-Or to be be specific, you should be honest, hard
working and we are hoping that you will not be corrupt.
-Do not be local, because we have learnt that locals are
most dishonest, practice prejudice against their own
people and do not even care about the suffering of their
people.

Package:
Very attractive, you can pay your self as much as you want
as long as you respect your task and not corrupt.

Sad but true. Kina Chenge si ndio hawahawa wa Havard na kila mkataba alioupitia na kuidhinisha umetupiga bong'oa? au enzi alizokwenda Harvard and Mkapa Columbia mambo yalikuwa bado ya mwaka 47?

Je umemsoma Mwanakijiji na hoja yake ya "Tukubali sisi Wajinga"? Infact ukisoma hotuba za Ndullu za siku kama tatu au nne, unabakia umeachama mdomo kwa kushangaa.

Ndio maana kwa masikitiko makubwa natafuta mzabuni awe Kiongozi wa Tanzania!

Mataifa mengi yaliposomesha watu wao nje hayakuwapa wahitimu hao posti nzito baada ya masomo yao.

Wengi wa hawa watu waliomaliza Havard, Columbia hawakuwa na exprience yoyote wakati walipomaliza shule na waliporudi nyumbani walipewa posti nzito.

Kitu kingine ambacho sijakiona ni hile siasa ya UWAZI ambayo Mkapa alisema ataitumia.

Transparency ikiwepo kwenye matumizi ya pesa na jinsi watu wanavyofanya kazi nina uhakika tunaweza kujenga uendeshaji mzuri wa serikali.

May be it will work, we kicked the Brits out simple because they were thieves, but it looks like the Brits were only petty thieves, now those who we put in power are showing their true colors of being GRAND thieves, so do you still want to go ahead with your superiority complex, and bring in more Grand thieves.

raisi aliyepo madarakani kashindwa kulinda na kutetea katiba iliyomweka madrakani.
 
Haya Serikali yenu bado inang'ang'ania kukimbilia Wawekezaji.

Raais anadai bila Wawekezaji, Tanzania haiwezi kupata maendeleo kageuza ile kauli ya ili tuendelee tunahitaji ardhi, watu siasa safi na uongozi bora na kuwa ili tuendelee ni lazima tuwakaribishe wawekezaji.

Pinda kaenda talii Korea na India, kawaahidi ardhi waje kulima eti kutufundisha kilimo bora.

Swali la Mchungaji ni hili, je Wa-Irani walipokuja tufundisha kulima mpunga Rufiji na yale mahindi ya Sasakawa na Carter ya Global 2000 yalitufikisha wapi?

Mimi nakuja na kauli mbiu mpya, ambayo niliiandika zamani na naifufua upya.

Ili Tanzania iendelee, tunahitaji kubinafsisha Serikali yetu; Ikulu, Bunge na Mahakama!
 
The answer to your question - now that we cannot trust the Government - is to simply VOTE IT OUT!

But another question arises: Will the Government - which has developed strenuous (to its people) vested interests - allow itself to be VOTED OUT of office?

Do we even have an INKLING of democracy in the country?

Tunataka Rais Mzungu, ,Mchina, Mwarabu au Mhindi ambaye si Mtanzania iwe ni Tanganyika au Zanzibar.

Hatutaki mmakonde, Mfipa, Mluguru au Mkurya.

Tunataka Mzungu au Mchina ambaye hajawahi kukanyaga Tanzania wala haijui inafananaje!
