Tatizo la kamari ukianza haauchi, bado atafuata akitaka kuendelea na hapo ndio wataanza kurejesha vihela vyao. Kama ana akili asepe kabisa, yaani asahau mambo ya kamari kama alivyosahau matiti ya mama yake. Last year i was able to visit some farmers down south and i was suprises if this guy is really up for it aende Eldoret Nakuru ama Narok and Buy 100 acres of Land aanze ukulima proper ....

To put what am saying into perspective:

An irrigated farm in South Africa planting Tomatoes produces
50-60 tonnes of Tomatoes every season PER acre

1tonne = 907.18 kgs

Aki chukua hata 50 acres aweke under tomatoes ama onions ama Dairy at less than 30m
Achimbe borehole etc

This guy could literally be earning 80mil every three months bila stress na ako na initial savings za kedo 150mil ....but its kenya

Sam, hivi wewe unalipa kodi huko Kenya?? Maana nadhani hulipi. Nimesema he won't be given cash at hand, atapewa cheque. Kokote atakapo ipeleka (well not Dubai or other tax heaven which you only pay 1% tax) serikali ya huko watakula capital gains tax. In Kenya lazima kila mwaka useme kwenye self declaration form how much umepata that year. Unafikiri yeye atasema amepata Zero?? With all this publicity??

Ni vyema pia akapata mchumi/mjasiliamali ili kumwelekeza ktk mawazo yake ya maendeleo coz lazima ata decide kuanza na business yenye capital kubwa
