Hivi unajua MAJAMBAZI TOKA KENYA yashatutia hasara kiasi gani?

TUNA TAWALIWA KIJINGA SANAA....
kutaka changes, itabidi kwanza tupende na tuwe na imani na viongozi wetu otherwise itafikia stage hadi viongozi watakuwa imported (RA mfano), sasa mkianza kuchafua viongozi wetu asilia, wananchi tutakula nafaka zote kuanzia pumba hadi mashudu !
Tutakuwaje na imani na viongozi wanaotubaka?

PRESIDENT Jakaya Kikwete has told employers to stop hiring foreigners to positions that could be filled by Tanzanians.
The president made the point in Dar es Salaam yesterday when he was inaugurating the East Coast Oil industries, owned by Mohamed Enterprises Tanzania Limited (METL). I would like to congratulate you for investing in Tanzania and employing more Tanzanians.
This is an indication of your commitment to this country, he told the METL Chief Executive Officer, Mohamed Dewji. Mr Dewji is also Singida Urban MP. The president wondered that foreigners were at times not as qualified as Tanzanians, but were still paid exorbitant salaries, while locals took home what amounted to peanuts.
President Kikwete lauded METL management for employing about 97 per cent Tanzanians. He urged the employers to pay a living wage for the local workers because they were part and parcel of the growth of their businesses. Please since you carry a big risk of investment in your businesses, try as much as you can to satisfy your workers because if you dont, one day they will be tired and see no point in working for you, said the President.
He said if the employers paid good salaries, employees would feel motivated and raise productivity. Earlier, Mr Dewji told the President that the plant was one of the biggest in East and Central Africa, with modern technology to produce quality cooking oil and soap. He said East Coast had 350 workers paid 2,600/- on week days, 3,000/- on Sundays and 3,600/- during holidays. He also pledged to increase the pay January next year to comply with the governments minimum wage recommendation.
