Devolution politics : Kenyatta loses his cool in Turkana County

Hah! Hah! Watching the video clip I think Governor Josephat Nanok articulated well the achievement and big challenges facing his county. Even you can feel the audience appreciating the governor's efforts, asking for more funds from central govt which somehow irritated Uhuru Kenyatta. Uhuru should grow up politically and understand with devolution he is going to hear a lot these speeches for the "people" from elected governors.

The natural idea in resource distribution is that the producing entity gets a prime share of revenues and benefits. Stop looking at the figures, would you and i be talking trash about the governor if the resources were found in Tharaka Nithi(random choice)? Talking of drought, the management of water resources has been atrocious in this country since independence, it's about systems not people, man.
