Out of the 15 Drivers who took the Locomotive driver qualification exam 11 of them passed while 4 failed the exam

The pictures quoted above were for Theory exam, the pictures below are for practicle exam..... For the last two years these candidates have been assistance locomotive drivers working under the supervision of the Chinese, Those who passed will now graduate to principal drivers who will be fully in-charge without supervision.

Rail Mounted Gantry cranes loading containers from a ship Directly to the SGR at Mombasa port, Once a train is fully loaded which is in less than 30 min, the train leaves directly for Nairobi .

Those Cranes are not working, They sold old an unrepairable cranes for sgr

Two years on? 😆😆😆😆 ATCL had pilots even before A220 and 787 arrived
 
Rais atembelea ICD dry port Nairobi --- kati ya makubaliano na kampuni za Import/export , kampuni hizo zita kaguliwa (pre approved) na kuruhusiwa kukusanya mizigo midogo midogo ya wateja na kuziingiza ndani ya kontena moja na kusafirisha kutoka au kwenda nchi husika.... kwa mfano kama kuna mtu ameagizia laptop, mwengine kaagizia Fridge, meza, sanduku, na mizigo yote inakuja Nairobi, badala ya kila mzigo kuja kivyake, itakua inachanganywa na kuwekwa ndani ya kontena moja, hii itasababisha gharama ya ku export au ku import mizigo midogo midogo kupunguka manake utakua una share cost na importers/exporters wengine. Hii pia itahakikisha kampuni zinazo kwepa ulipaji wa kodi zitapotea manake kwanzia sasa ni lazima uwe umekaguliwa na serekali.

Ni kuwashwa unawashwa ama? Please don't tell me that ATCL did not send pilots to Washington and Canada to be trained on the 787 and A220 before.... Also please dont tell me that these pilots were not already experienced flying other planes from other airlines within tz and beyond......

Can you tell me how long it takes for a high school graduate to get get a commercial licence and then fly enough aircraft to become a captain of a 787 dreamliner?????? not less than 10 years!!!!!

Operating a slow diesel train should not be so hard to do. Tz is already training its electric bullet train drivers in korea where they intend to import their trains from. No foreigner will drive the trains for any commercial trip, only during testing before handover
