CHADEMA MUST now Reform and Restructure!

Ebu tazama kitu hii ni Zitto pekee alishiriki ktk mada hii wengine wakisoma na kupita... Haya yote yanatueleza nini?

Mkandara;

it tells us that majority of politicians, if not all, think that they are bigger than institutions they lead. They treat their political parties as launchpads for their careers and not as civic organizations with ideologies and principles that need to be respected and refined in order to withstand the test of time and generation. So in these types of environments it's very difficult to get hold of people who are committed to reform their own parties.

There is a handful of politicians who are ready to sacrifice their personal ambitions for the well being of the party and the country as a whole. However, usually they encounter stiff resistance from other members for a host of reasons. For instance, if reforms are engineered by outsiders, those at the helm will view those reforms as a threat to their authority and they will not entertain them. Furthermore, in the name of party unity, top leaders in many political parties have stifled necessary reforms which could transform the organizations.
