A Run- off Highly Probable In The Next Elections- IPSOS

If I have to fish out uhuru scandals Na serikali tangu akiwa mP tutajaza mapage hapa!

Sipendi uongo! I did not read what you wrote I schemed through. one thing is for sure uhuru was an mp, minister. A deputy prime minister and a now a president.we know is track record all along. He was and continues to be a disaster.
RAO WILL UNSEAT HIM - UNLESS THEY RIG ELECTIONS. They Use Ipsos to Cook Data Favouring Jubilee but that won't help.

I was only countering your insinuation that there is only a section of people like me and millions of people like you, tried to only remind you likewise, there are millions who will queue and not vote for your preferred candidate because they have ability to see and discern.
As for your comparisons of Uhuru against previous president, unless you provide a credible reference of where your 1.5 is coming from, it's null and void.

The rest of the NASA bandwagon are well known to most of us, it's always said, show what you have achieved with the little you have, then we can measure and gauge your ability if given much more responsibilities.
I've seen Raila as an MP for decades, seen him as a powerful minister, seen him as a prime minister and so on, have seen the rest like Kalonzo as an MP for God knows how long, minister, vice president and so on, seen the rest in greater porfolios including a governor, deputy prime minister, in fact senator etc In fact Mudavadi too was once a vice president and recently installed as a trbal king.
All those positions and years we didn't experience or saw any mojo in them, they all have a huge load of corruption issues hanging on them. In fact, this explains why 71% of Kenyans feels the country is headed towards the wrong direction but are simply not making up their minds to walk over to NASA bandwagon.

I have my issues with Uhuruto, but there are things I can see for sure that will make me brace morning cold to vote for them

Education First time in Kenyan history parents are not paying for exam fees both KCPE and KCSE

Kenyans connected to power before Jubilee were 2.3 million. Today, the number has grown to 4.1 raising Kenyans with access to power to about 50% compared to 32% during Kibaki/Raila.
Kenya had 1,660 megawatts of power before Uhuru, he has added 600 megawatts of clean energy
Social protection was at 226,700 but has increased to 710,000
Over 80,000 businesses have registered by youth, women and persons with disability since Uhuru took over.
Fertiliser used to cost 2,700. Today it's going at KSh 1,800.
The number of TV stations has risen to 55 stations from 14 in 2013.
Radio stations up to 126 from 108.
Mobile telephony has increased by over 20%.
Hospitals are getting new equipments
There were 40 dialysis machines existed in Kenya when Uhuru became president. The gov is in process of adding 245 dialysis machines across Kenya.
Incidences of malaria at out-patient facilities was 30%. Today, the number is slashed to 10%
Access to ARVs was 600,000 and has grown to 850,000, in fact we are well above the WHO standard of 80%.
4 million Kenyan families had NHIF insurance cover, an additional 1.7 million families were added.
Free maternity programme was only at 44% of women gave birth in medical facilities. At present, 68% of our mothers are attending hospitals for childbirth.
In 2013, Maternal mortality was 488 per 100,000, and has declined to 310 per 100,000 today.
Child mortality rate has declined from 72 per 1,000 to 52 per 1,000 today.
Standard Gauge Railway (SGR) was launched today, I can cover a full page talking about this SGR investment
Funds already sourced for the remaining of the whole streak
Plans underway for industrial parks all over including Naivasha.
Container terminal in Mombasa.
Upgrade of JKIA to make it a hub.
Roads, I can again do a whole page on this especially the one from Mwatate to Taveta, having been spoken about for 50 years, has now started. National Youth Service (NYS) NYS over 100,000 community youth engaged in various programmes. Though Waiguru and her ilk let us down in corruption
The NYS school has expanded from a capacity of 4,000 to 30,000 young men and women undergoing various vocational training.

Man, there Kenyans who can see and hear...... I can go on and on
We know there are ICT people assigned duties online - to campaign for the incumbent etc. You can write a million pages about Uhuruto but one thing is clear - Baba will Win if the elections are not rigged. Uhuruto will not get 50 plus 1. Given free and fair elections - Baba has the numbers to reach 50 plus 1, NO DOUBT

Ulichoandika haistahili kijibiwa! Ni povu tupu Na chuki ya peni mbili. Wizi haujawai Na hautakua sawa. Ufanywe Na upande Gani! Kwa awamu zote za utawala Kenya this is the worst govt. We thought moi was Baad!!!

Pwahahahaha...Ati worst government/ This is the best . I'm Uhuru's greatest critic on JF. But hayo unayoyasema ni uwongo mtupu.

NASA will not go beyond 46 and Jubilee will have a minimum of 53% Mengine ni Kalongo tu
Day Dreaming is your right. In the absence of rigging, Jubilee will not get 50 plus one. That's for sure. They have lost sections of Meru, Trans Nzoia (going Nasa), North Eastern (65% Nasa), Maa Land is a swing area (60% will vote Nasa). Nasa will get some votes in Marsabit, Baringo, Narok, Nakuru, Kericho and Bomet (about 35% of Rift Valley Votes). The whole of Western (Ababu and Lusaka will not help Uhuruto there - take that to bank), Ukambani, Nyanza, Migori, Coast, and Turkana will vote Nasa. Anyone with an objective mind will surely understand that the elections are for NASA TO LOSE.

But we know you are from central - you never accept defeat but things have changed. Brace yourself for a RAO Government.

RAO WILL UNSEAT HIM - UNLESS THEY RIG ELECTIONS. They Use Ipsos to Cook Data Favouring Jubilee but that won't help.

I am not sure if u are a Kenyan or a Tanzanian taking keen interest in the Kenyan politics. But let me inform u about this peculiar habit by the Kenyan politicians from either side to rubbish the opinion polls findings when they do not favor them.

In the recent past whenever these polsters brought their results showing that the main opposition party was more popular than the governing party, the govt and its supporters would cry foul, and claim that the polsters were paid by the anti- govt elements within and without the country (the west in particular) to spread the lies regarding its level of popularity in the country.

When it is the opposition being shown that it is headed for a defeat, the pollsters now become the enemies of the popular quest for change, bankrolled and serving as part of the govt propaganda machine.

Sipendi uongo! I did not read what you wrote I schemed through. one thing is for sure uhuru was an mp, minister. A deputy prime minister and a now a president.we know is track record all along. He was and continues to be a disaster.

Ofcourse I didn't expect you to read, you're already programmed and moving in an automated form like a robot, so nothing can make sense to you right now. I simply brought that because this is a public forum and there're lots of other people reading through these threads, meaning they do spend a few minutes analyzing conversations. I wouldn't have wasted even a minute if I knew you were the only audience in here.

However, I have only one vote as well as you, so there is not much either of us can do beyond casting our votes each for our preferred candidates, but one thing I need to assure you as you go to sleep, know that somewhere deep through the distance between me and you, there is a vote in my possession to counter yours the very hour you will caste yours, remember somewhere I'll be casting mine too na ngoma itakua droo.

1. There will be no run-off. For this to happen, we need an independent candidate who can pull off between 1 and 3%. I don't see who.

2. Election is too close to call and no objective person can claim otherwise. I see the winner going with something like a 50.2% and the loser something like 49.5%.

3. Those who dismiss numbers are fools. Even the example given about Trump is false. He lost the popular vote as predicted, but in the swing states, more of his voters turned out.

4. Nasa has been in campaign mood for 4 years. Jubilee not so much. The next 2 months I think Jubilee will go on the offensive hard.

5. Those claiming that Raila is Waaaay ahead don't understand this country. The same way they'll vote for Raila even after mollases, kazi kwa vijana, Triton and all other scandals the Pentagon has been involved in, is the same way Central and Rift guys will vote for their tribal chiefs despite the current state of things.

6. Jubilee has performed poorly on corruption. I don't know whether corruption cases have increased from previous administration or they are just more visible, but it has not helped them.

7. That said, most corruption allegations have been exaggerated. The Eurobond scandal is a non-existent scandal. And having studied the technical aspects and the expected output of our SGR as opposed to Ethiopia's, I've concluded the 300+ billion makes sense. If any money was stolen, I would put that at less than Sh20 billion, not the 100b+ we hear.

8. The economy has grown but people feel 'poorer'. I'm not an economist so I can't pretend to explain.

9. We have seen layoffs in many companies, but some should be looked at individual context as they are not as a result of economy failures.
Yana tyres - cheap imports from China.
Media - Changing times. Less newspaper circulation. Digital switch resulting to more options etc.
Eveready - Like Kodak, failed to adapt.
Banks - Switch to agent banking (more employed as agents). Mobile banking. Internet banking.

10. Hate them will all your heart, but Jubilee has been the best government for infrastructure in Kenya. Most of these roads, bypasses, power projects, port expansion etc were planned by the grand coalition, but history remembers who completes and passes exams not who prepared for it.
The benefits will not be immediate, but it's a strong foundation for growth.

11. We have the Vision 2030 blueprint. The projects listed there will cost Trillions of shillings. With only 12 years left to implement them, I would like to hear how Raila will bring down the national debt. Are we planning to postpone Vision 2030 to 2040 or 50?

12. Cost of basic goods has gone up. However, Jubilee is not fully to blame. We may talk of the maize issue, but remember onions, potatoes, tomatoes etc. have also gone up. And most farmers know its because of drought. Their yields are way less than they are used to.
As a spiral effect, cattle feed also goes up resulting to high milk prices.

13. The reason it is called the power of incumbency is because you have the opportunity to touch every life on a personal level. Every house that was connected to electricity is a potential vote for Uhuru. Every mother that delivered for free, the same. A community that did not have a bridge but now does, the same.

14. Finally, those claiming that Raila is 60%+, citing the 'mood on the ground', I would advice you to look at voting patterns and learn that issues rarely come into play.
Plus it would be good to speak and listen to other people, not those who would have voted for Raila anyway.

sikusoma kwa sababu ulienda shule and i assume and you know even for job application if you write a novel hakuna HR atasoma sory book, they want the gist of the matter in foot notes au short hand. tumia hizo hapa pia! I know you are busy man too!!

Man you missing the point again, its not abt me against you!! its about the soul of our country! This is the most irrelevant information May be, i consider giving to you, but let me tell you, i come from mt kenya!! Its abt what best for our country, i dont care if it comes from nasa or jubilee! but i have tried 5 yrs jubilee, I am now listening to the other side! I need to get a valid reason why they are the better alternative. Go back to my responses look for anywhere i have campaigned in favor of NASA. what i have told you is jubilee has been a disaster for me!!

Perhaps what NASA should be showing is how good/better they are compared to jubilee. What plans do they have. They have pocked holes at the promises jubilee made in 2013. So what are they promising us? And not the ten generic plans they have that are not SMART.
If it comes to corruption, we know NASA has more or else the same level of corruption in their ranks as jubilee does. From raila himself all the way to kidero, joho, weta, rutto, kalonzo. None is clean. So all the hubries about runaway corruption is all hot air. Both sides are corrupt.
If Kenyans wanted clean leaders, we have them in plenty; dida, Aukot are all running for the big seat.

While NASA is perceived to have a headstart in the elections the reality on the ground is that they should be utterly worried by their numbers. I come from Busia county so I will base my observations from this great county.
In the 2013 elections Raila got 85.62% the highest in the former western Province, MDVD managed 8.42% while Uhuru managed a paltry 3.71% while the rest garnered a mere 1%.Fast foward to 2017 while the numbers are hugely in favour of Raila various issues call for concern and might lead to Uhuru polling between 15-25% of the vote or even more, no mean feat for such a NASA stronghold. The following are my reasons why NASA should not sit pretty satisfied in Busia county;

1.Shambolic ODM nominations, due to the bungled nominations a hugely unpopular governor at least in most of the subcounties 5 out 7 and even in his Teso backyard, openly rigged the elections and this did not sit down well with the majority of the electorates, this could prove fatal for Raila as the protest votes could shove up Uhuru's numbers. The nominations also robbed Raila an eloquent campaigner:Otuoma who was an integral in his campaign in 2013, what this portends for Raila is only a matter of time.

2. Lose of Ababu Namwamba to Jubilee. Love him or hate him, the eloquent Ababu captures crowds with his eloquence, though aligned to Uhuru in a deeply Raila stronghold he attracts multitudes whenever he sets out to campaign away from his Budalangi backyard, people just go to his rallies to listen to Ababu Smart talk. He was Raila pointman in 2013 and his shift to Jubilee takes substantial votes to Uhuru . While is common knowledge that he has already bagged in Budalangi seat as no serious candidate can match his development record and political eloquence, what remains to be seen is can he bring in Uhuru more votes from the larger Busia county other than the 30-40% from his constituency, Budalangi? only time will tell.

3.Uhuru development record, while NASA brigade is busy rubbishing Jubilee track record the results on the ground are much different from electricity connection to the average villager who had no hopes of ever getting connected to the grid to various tarmac roads launched including, the work in progress Busia Malaba road, the first tarmac road in Teso. The lifechanging Ksh 1billion Sigiri bridge, which has been completed, that connects Bunyala North and South and cuts the distance between the two from the current 100km to 1km is a great Jubilee market tool especially in Budalangi.

4.Effects of the two Jubilee MPs in Teso. MPs Odera and Emase from Teso are a reality check for NASA, with their steeling development records they gave the capacity to bring in some destabilising votes to Jubilee fold.

With all these reasons plus many more reasons without a serious campaign by NASA in Busia county Uhuru will set to benefit and take a reasonable chunk from Busia, with cut throat local politics overshadowing the presidential politics, a good strategy by Jubilee will give them a good harvest as the assuming NASA will get a reality check come 8/8.

they have nothing to show, just tired old clowns....uhuru tano tena

Most are agreeing Kenya is headed in the wrong direction due to cost of living, but again are choosing to vote current administration as they can't see alternative.
But anyway, I normally don't believe these polls, kura yangu ipo tayari na nipo nimejiandaa siku ikifika lazima nitapiga kura with or without opinion polls.
Wewe MK254 stop!!

I like you too much bana

Not because the cant see an alternative

Most pple are voting Tribe pure and Simple tuache kuweka low jibe at opposition.

Kuna 8 other presidential candidates kwa race Alternative ziko!!

IF you have a 24-hour thieving Accounts Clerk who never works all day and a thieving Chief Accountant who works half day; Will you tempt fate by promoting the Clerk to Chief Accountant because "The Accounts clerk" has never had a chance to be a chief accountant?

That would be madness.

I supported Raila in 2007 with my last breath. It his performance as prime minister that made me thank God for the bullet that we dodged as a nation.

Good thing though is that Raila will lose bigly. And he will run again in 2022 after signing another memorandum with Kalonzo
That is ur opinion....

NASA will not go beyond 46 and Jubilee will have a minimum of 53% Mengine ni Kalongo tu
In 2013
Uhuru Got
6.3mn votes
Only 8000 pple to get him to
50% + 1 to avoid Runoff

Raila and Kalonzo Got
5.6mn votes

Mudavadi got 900k

Btw let me make you pple realize something

Most people born between

1993-1999 were not able to vote in 2013

But will be able to vote in 2017

Population increase has been seen in
Nyanza, western, Rift valley Coast During the Same Period.

Majority of Kenyans 75% of Kenyans are aged between 15-35yrs na hapo ilikuwa 2009 census

I like how Jubilee is opptimistic

But opposition Parties winning elections in Africa over the last two years is not because africans jave changed NOOOO

because Born 90s have started voting in Their leaders wacha jubilee wajibambe mm theory yangu ntakuja kui prove 8th/8th/17th by 12pm....

Ghanas Born 90s
Nigerias Born 90s (the majority)
South Africas
Gambia
Cape Verdes
Wote walifanya yao sasa wakenya waje watuongezee kura ..

RAO WILL UNSEAT HIM - UNLESS THEY RIG ELECTIONS. They Use Ipsos to Cook Data Favouring Jubilee but that won't help.
They cant do that this year
That one am 100% sure

Who ever wins wins Fair and square .....with all this reforms kwa IEBC kushindwa au kushinda is final hatutaki story mob.....hata kuna ma apps zitakuwa zina relay live kwa mobile phone
