What is the biggest sin?

What is the biggest sin one can commit agaisnt his/her country? We here people refering to a certain leader & saying "X was.....but at least he wasn't....." So what is the biggest sin? Is it stealing the resources of your own country? Is it the killing of many of your citizens? Is it giving power to close associates instead of by merit? Is it even possible not to sin against your country when you hold a certain postion of authority? Or is every sin against one's country a "Bible sin"(meaning all sins are equal in magnitude)?

I ask myself this question because many leaders as humans have committed one mistake or the other. But some are held in higher regard then others. Or are these things circumstancial and judged by history?

Anyway....kama ni mistake...umejijibu mwenyewe. Ni muhimu kukumbuka...wizi wa pesa sio a mistake, au kuua wananchi pia sio a mistake. Ndo maana nasema umejichanganya sana katika statement yako.
How do u define a sin against a country? Sin is doing something which is considered to be a wrong by the society! I think, society has always classified 'wrongs'. Ndo maana adhabu ya kuua ni kubwa zaidi ya adhabu ya kuiba kuku. Hivyo we will always have different classifications of wrongs, and we will rank them differently depending on the values reflected by our society. Kwa mfano: kwa Tanzania, rushwa sio kosa kubwa...lakini kwa Uingereza, rushwa ni kosa kubwa mno!!!
We have always been the type of people who pay to receive a certain service. Labda hii inatokana na hali ya uchief tuliokuwa nayo hadi miaka ya 60. Hivyo kwetu sisi...inakuwa rahisi kulipa mtu kwa kusudi la kupata a certain service, hata kama ni haki yetu. Na ndio maana tunaona sio kosa kubwa kutoa au kupokea rushwa.
