Wakati wa Penati, mchezaji akipewa Kadi Nyekundu, wapinzani nao wanatakiwa kupunguza mchezaji mmoja

Mchezaji wa Timu A akioneshwa Kadi Nyekundu ya moja kwa moja wakati wa upigaji wa penati kwenye mechi ya kutafuta mshindi, utaratibu unatakiwa kufuatwa baada ya hapo ni mchezaji wa Timu B mmoja naye anatakiwa kutoka.

Shirikisho la Soka la Tanzania (TFF) linaweka wazi kuwa Mchezaji wa Timu B naye atalazimika kutoka ili kufanya idadi ya wachezaji watakaoshiriki katika upigaji penati kuwa sawa kwa timu zote.

Sheria hizi pia ni kwa mujibu wa Bodi ya Shirikisho la Soka la Kimataifa (IFAB) ambayo inahusika katika kusimamia Sheria za Mchezo wa Soka.

If one team has more players than the other team (e.g. a player was sent off or injured), they must reduce their team to the same number of kickers, and the referee must be told which player(s) is/are not taking part.

Yellow cards and warnings from the game are not carried forward into penalties but a player who was shown a red card during the game cannot take part. Players, substitutes, substituted players and team officials can get a red or yellow card during penalties.
