Number of tourists has gone down, tourism is not doing well compared to Mauritius, South Africa, Botswana, Namibia.
If some few countries do charge VAT, Their park entrance fee is very low.
Tourist package include 4 x 4 safari car, Lodges, air flight ticket and Government fee.
Safari car uses fuel and already 18% VAT is paid on fuel....
Landing fee on Airport is very high in Tanzania...... Why flight tickets from Europe to Africa or USA to Africa is cheaper in Kenya and Rwanda....
Airflight fares are very expensive to travel to Tanzania......Do you know why tourists land in Kenya Nairobi before coming to Tanzania.
Agriculture will be affected......tourism business will collapse and Agriculture produce will not get market.....
Tanzania Shilling will drop in value, due to less $.
