Have you ever understood this life? One moment you are happy and on top of the world like no vibe can get you down and the next one you are nothing but, a spec of dust. Only a memory in people's mind. Life goes on even when you get stuck. No exceptions.

It was supposed to be a beautiful day with everything in place which were planned for days before.

The decoration, the food, family.. everybody was there for her birthday party but, she was nowhere to be seen and her phone was unreachable.

Maybe she didn't get the money to report her missing sim cards and the phones yet. Or maybe the police wanted something "extra" for finding her lost phone for her. Nobody knows. That's what what her family thought when they couldn't reach her for the umpteen time.

For the whole night, they didn't know where to start or even how to start to look for her with the streets being hell during the nights. And they couldn't file a missing person report because it didn't reach twenty four hours since she was missing.

What her family didn't know was just how much where she was, wished she was anywhere but on earth still breathing. It was just too much for her.

She was in pain all over, inside and out, calling out for anybody and everybody's help with no response. She was left to die in the dirt. Can she even blame them for not helping?.

Like, from where she's from no call to the police can be responded in real time but, worry not for they are always there when someone is already killed and cold to collect the corpse with brave faces. Its sickening really.

Maybe it was a good thing that she's going to die there that night, nothing was going her way anyway. First, she woke up late that day and from her house to the bus stand is no picnic in the park, well don't get her started on how hard it was to catch on the bus at the station, no room left for breathing till she arrived where she was going and at work everything was hectic as usual from the moment she arrived till it was eleven and a half in the night where they resigned for the day, she didn't get anything to eat nor drink, she was dead tired. It was a norm yes, but it was killing her spirits to the point that she hated her work.

To top it all. There were no buses to her home still running at that time, so she had to board three different buses so as to reach her station and with so little that she was getting from her workplace? She couldn't say that it was an easy decision to make but, she was used to it. Life is just 'lifying', you know?.

What can you expect to earn when you are just an intern and desperate for some stable income?. In comparison to other people she graduated with, you could say that she was lucky to even get the chance, and to get paid monthly? That's the jackpot!

It was already one in the night, the time she arrived at the bus stop with no soul in sight, yes, she had some money to call for a motorcycle but, it was only last week that she was threatened to be killed if she doesn't surrender her bag and phones to the driver so, she swallowed her nerves just like every other day and started to walk home but, who would have thought that it was that day, her day?.

She couldn't react in time, by the time she knew that she was in danger, she just couldn't escape them. They were just kids, she didn't know their life stories or why, nor how they got to that point of no stories just stab the person in the heart and slice them up like a barbecue with a smile on their faces... No remorse. Nothing.

She was on her last breath and all she could think about was her murderers, those kids with bright lives and future who decided to cast a shadow on their sun. Who failed them?. And most importantly who failed her?.

So sad: Forces me to rethink the statement that 'A people shouldn't suffer unless they are guilty of something' what was her guilt? What was the persons-waiting-for-her home guilt?
