Landgrabbers wamechukua all road reserve. IMHO this mall is beautiful but so close to the highway. I wonder who gives permit to construct such structure within 60m from the middle of the road!

Where is the highway? That is a link road which is strategic to such malls, to bring business right to its door step just like gas stations. Such roads are usually maintained by the malls. Show me a mall that is located in the boondocks.

Mall gani hiyo itakuwa haina parking? Bado ipo under construction. Parking siku hizi wanazijenga 'inhouse', hata rooftop au basement wakipenda. Hata upande wa pili wa hiyo 'highway' labda kuna parking. Ngoja watakapoifungua tutaona.

Am from Coast na hiyo sio highway, ni barabara ya kawaida hapo mwembe tayari. Mwembe tayari iko inner city kwa hivyo hakuna highways pale.
