Jamani nimrkutana na changamoto Natumia Windows 7 ultimate 64bit.haina Antivirus.Juzi hapa wameniingilia Kibaya walichonifanyia Wameingia Kwenye Software Zanguu zote ambazo hazikuwa kwenye Zip file wamezibadilisha Zote tu 0kb.Na hata nikipakua Software yoyote ile mtandaoni Ikimaliza kupakua nayo inaliwa.Hata nikibahatika kuistal program Unaweza isifunguke..
Naomba msaada Jinsi ya kufanya maana hata nikitakuweka Antivirus inaliwa wakati wa kuiweka..Nilijaribu hata kushusha window bado Wamekomaa na Nina vitu Muhimu sana Natakuvi rudisha kama inawezeka Naomba msada.

Natanguliza Shukranii zangu Kwenu wana JF.

Uyo mshikaji (virus) anaitwa syswin jinsi ya kumtoa fanya haya

firstly, open task manager and under ‘processes’ terminate syswin;

still in task manager click ‘startup’, and there you’ll find a syswin program with a folder icon, check if its status is enabled and if positive, right click on it and change the status to ‘disable’;

After that right click the program again and clicked ‘open file location’, and delete the syswin source file. if you don’t see it you should open your file explorer, click ‘file’, click ‘change folder and search options’, click ‘view’, and under this navigate down the list of options ‘till you see ‘hidden files and folders’, under that option select ‘show hidden files, folders and drives’ , click ‘apply’ then click ‘ok’.

Now click ‘this pc’ in file explorer, click the local drive C, mine is labeled OS(C :), locate a hidden folder named boots, that’s where the culprit (syswin) chills; delete that folder and then empty the recycle bin right away. ( if the hidden folder you find in your pc is named boot,, it’s still the same sh*t)

Now, right-click the windows 10 icon and click ‘run’. Type “regedit” and press enter.

Right-click ‘HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT’ and select ‘find’. type “syswin” and delete the registry

Right-click ‘HKEY_CURRENT_USER’ and select ‘find’. Type “syswin” and delete the registry.

Ukishamtoa zile application zilizopo kuwa 0kb delete zote bila kuzi-run.. Uki-run tu ukonaye tena au futa app zote zilizo kuwa 0kb kisha piga window

Hapo jambo rahisi ni piga windo Xp then rudi kwenye 7 alafu tandika Kaspersky au hata avast ya kuzugia kwanza mambo yatakuwa fresh ila Kaspersky ndo baba wa virus huwa namwaminiaga
