Indeed it is.

Silicon valley is an emerging city Nairobi is older but as you see, it's full of slums, it has to change. Therefore it is indeed "dynamic".

Sishangai Nairobi kuwemo, sawa na Bangalore tu, unakaa town majengo babkubwa, unatoka nje ya mji kidogo slums hatari na wavuta madawa kibao. Kenya wajitahidi sana kuondoa zile slums zinaiabisha sana Nairobi, ila tusiwaongee sana maana hata Dar pia kuna slums zinakera baadhi ya maeneo, ila za Nai ni balaa.

We need to increase the amount of R&D spending as a proportion of GDP
Right now Kenya at 0.8% of the GDP, is leading in SSA followed by South Africa which the last time I checked were doing 0.7%

I can tell you for free, endelea hivyo, leo mkiamka, Nairobi among top ten cities ....... mkiamka tena Nairobi number one city ......... ask yourself, when will Dar be mentioned in anything as much as it is your heaven!!?

Remember as we speak, TZ is a least Developed Country, Kenya is Middle Income!! Why??? Those who were grading never saw slums! And Dar with no slums was never seen??? Come on, you do not need to teach us about slums, we have them and we know them!!!!!!!
