Miley Cyrus has shared another taste of her forthcoming album, Something Beautiful.
“End of the World” arrives the same week as “Prelude” and the record’s title track, the former of which was co-written with Model/Actriz frontman Cole Haden.
The single’s accompanying video was directed by Cyrus, Jacob Bixenman, Brendan Walter, and features the pop musician performing the song on a smoke-filled stage in an Emerald green, fringed Mugler dress.
The anthemic bop is fitting for these dark times, as Cyrus sings about making the most of life, even as the world crumbles around us.

“Let’s spend the dollars you’ve been saving on a Mercedes-Benz / And throw a party like McCartney with some help from my friends,” she says in the second verse.
