I would love to prioritize women's empowerment in two key areas can foster significant societal change in household decision-making and sports participation. Mothers often sacrifice greatly, yet their voices in household choices are overshadowed by the power given to fathers. Implementing empowerment initiatives can rectify this imbalance, ensuring mothers have equal say in family decisions. Their voices need to heard too.
Similarly, promoting women's involvement in sports is crucial for breaking stereotypes that label sports as exclusively for boys. Girls deserve equal opportunities to engage in sports and physical activities without being stigmatized. By challenging these norms, we can create a more inclusive and equitable environment for all. I have witnessed girls been told their are attention seeker for just participating in sports or whores for going to gym.
Empowerment should not undermine femininity but celebrate it, acknowledging the unique strengths and experiences of women. Moreover, initiatives should strive for inclusivity, recognizing the importance of empowering both genders without marginalizing either.
With the vision of women empowerment in this era has made a boy child nearly ignored. And the concept of empowerment is all thrown around that has given a woman so much voice and power that keeps the man under the carpet, But how many times you have gone somewhere and witnessed gender inequality, Man priority from school or working areas?

Women’s empowerment can be defined to promoting women’s sense of self-worth, their ability to determine their own choices, and their right to influence social change for themselves and others.
It is closely aligned with female empowerment – a fundamental human right that’s also key to achieving a more peaceful, prosperous world.
In Western countries, female empowerment is often associated with specific phases of the women’s rights movement in history. This movement tends to be split into three waves, the first beginning in the 19th and early 20th century where suffrage was a key feature. The second wave of the 1960s included the sexual revolution and the role of women in society. Third wave feminism is often seen as beginning in the 1990s.
Women’s empowerment and promoting women’s rights have emerged as a part of a major global movement and is continuing to break new ground in recent years. Days like International Women’s Empowerment Day are also gaining momentum.
But despite a great deal of progress, women and girls continue to face discrimination and violence in every part of the world.
