Prof. Issa Shivji, Director, Nyerere Resource Centre,Tanzania Commission for Science and Technology (COSTECH), is a Tanzanian author and academic, and one of Africa's leading experts on law and development issues. He talked to Professor Lau Kin Chi, Lingnan Universtiy of Hong Kong about his life and thought on 11 October 2015, at Peking University of China.
