TANZANIA TUITAKAYO.
Being a citizen of the country like Tanzania is a blessing and it is a something that I am always proud of, for the fact that it is a beautiful place that everybody wishes to stay not only because of its peacefulness but also the way it has been endowed with various fascinating and unique attractions as well as natural resources such as Mount Kilimanjaro, Mikumi park, Ngorongoro, Serengeti, Sadan, Ruaha, Selous, water bodies including Indian ocean, lake Victoria, lake Tanganyika and Nyasa. Apart from the attractions that we have but still the hospitality of my fellow Tanzanians impresses me and cement the love that I have for my beautiful country (patriotism).
These are some of the attractions that we are endowed in Tanzania.

As people use to say that coin has got two sides, so as we have seen the first side of the coin which is Tanzania but still the other side of Tanzania is not as good as the first side since Tanzania as a country still suffers from various social, economic, political and cultural problems which are caused by different reasons. Therefore, in order to create "TANZANIA TUITAKAYO" we as a country should make some changes by making more improvements in the following areas.
1. Constitutional Change/Amendments
The constitution of the United Republic of Tanzania should not be political leaders oriented but it should first give the power its citizens by having the freedom of expression and power of being listened after taking an action to the unaccountable and corrupt political leaders who are embezzling national funds instead of using them to provide various social services. Secondly, the courts should be set free in all aspects including when dealing with these unaccountable and corrupt leaders since it will help to shape the leaders to be accountable and honest or non-corrupt. Thirdly, all three pillars of government should work properly without interfering the decisions made. Last but not least is that the constitution should demand the National Electoral Committee to be set free in order to create the conducive environment for the people to choose and get the political leader of their choice.
2. Education sector
"TANZANIA TUITAKAYO" must have practical based education and not theoretical education. University should not be an assessment of achievements for the Tanzania's students, but it should be only for those who meet the qualifications of reaching there. Meaning that, a student can end up schooling at the level of secondary education in case he or she has not qualified to proceed with further studies and still having learned things that he or she can apply in his or her daily life such as technical skills, agriculture and so forth. By doing this, will help to reduce the number of unemployed people since many of them will get busy by self-employment through what they have learned at school while others few can be employed by either government or private sectors.
3. Health sector
Our country has tried her level best to build hospitals, dispensaries and health centers in urban and interior rural areas but still there is a problem for inadequate of skilled labors and equipment for treatment. Not only that but also the treatment cost is still high. So, "TANZANIA TUITAKAYO" should make sure that all the hospitals and health centers have adequate skilled labors and equipment for treatment but also there is cost effectiveness for the treatments provided.

4. Agricultural sector
Tanzania has been endowed with fertility land which support agricultural activities of both food and cash crops such as maize, rice, cashew nuts, cotton, sugarcane and sisal. So, "TANZANIA TUITAKAYO" should strictly invest in agriculture for the purpose of increasing surplus production, this will help us to have surplus food within the country and the extra crops to be sold outside the boundaries.
5. Industrial sector
The government of the United Republic of Tanzania has to create good environment for the investors both local and foreigners who want to invest in our country. Through investing in industrial sector will firstly provide employment to the people, secondly; to manufacture the available raw materials produced from agricultural sector, thirdly; collecting revenue and fourthly; selling the manufactured goods inside and outside the boundaries.
Dangote Cement Tanzania is one of the industrial investments in Tanzania.
6. Maintaining peace and order
All of these mentioned things that we wish to achieve cannot be implemented If there is no peace and security. So, "TANZANIA TUITAKAYO" should ensure that the peace and security that we have is fully maintained and preserved. People love Tanzania simply because there is peace, no wars and even her people are very kind.
Generally, my beautiful country Tanzania has got almost everything that makes any country to be rich and developed in all aspects starting from natural resources like minerals such as gold, Tanzanite, diamonds, industrial minerals, dimension stones, there is also fertility land, water bodies, tourists' attractions like national parks and forests just few to mention. In order to make this happen we should take immediate action by having accountable leaders in all levels of government who are patriots when it comes to the management of the resources that we have and effective utilization of those available resources for the benefits of the many.
