Who are we?
Tanzania Gender Networking Programme (TGNP) is a non governmental organisation which advocates for a transformed Tanzanian society where there is gender equality, equity and social justice. Our overall objective is to build a transformative feminist social movement that is interactive, diversely engaging, and empowering through challenging and claiming changes in policies, institutional structures and processes at all levels. Our main strategies include policy analysis and research, training and capacity building, information generation packaging and sharing, lobbying and advocacy, coalition building and networking.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for innovative, committed and dynamic team players who can influence significant social, political and economic positive change to women and men of today and future generations. We welcome aboard likeminded women and men, with relevant knowledge and skills, strong interpersonal relations, team working experience and result focused.
